just did a fresh install of Arch, got a gnome desktop and everything working and there are 2 things im trying to get working as of right now that is kinda confusing me.
1. Im trying to get yaourt installed
I followed a video showing you howto install yaourt, i grabbed the PKGBUILD and yaourt.installl and put it into a newely created folder called yaourt. I entered the folder and did makepkg and got this
2.Everytime i decide i want to install or update a package or the system, i get greeted with error: config file /etc/pacman.d/mirrorllist, line 10 United States directive 'United States' not recognised.
I would like to know how to get rid of the config error here is my mirrorlist, and pacman.conf
pacman.conf

mirrorlist

I am able to install packages, but i dont understand why that annoying error pops up, ive looked around and cant seem to find a solution.
Thanks for any help much appreciated.
Need any more information let me know.

thanks, and lol i feel like an idiot it was that simple, i actually had it fixed at one point awhile back when i did a previous install.
Is there a GUI alternative that is easier and does most things for you for getting packages from the AUR?
