[new] Kdbg

Kdbg is a graphical frontend written in QT for KDE for gdb.

The PKGBUILD as well as the binary package are verified with namcap, and work properly here.

It's useful for everyone who's too lazy debugging with commandline gdb. There are several very good other debugger interfaces out there, which can do the same (or even more) for you. I'm quite comfortable with commandline gdb, even though, sometimes i'm just lazy.

Note: This is the DevelopmentRelease 1.9.6 of Kdbg, and not the version 1.2.10 stable.
