.vimrc issue with new version.

I had a problem with my previous .vimrc, working with the latest packaged version.

the problem:
When I would insert and begin typing text, it jumped up one line, and I could never tell where I was typing. The status bar at the bottom overlayed text, and only corrected itself upon scrolling.

the fix:
I systematically modified my vimrc file until I discovered the issue..
set title

I commented it out, and the issue was fixed.
Anyone know why this was working up until the latest version?

Re: .vimrc issue with new version.

dunno - never used "set title" - ah the beauty of vim, everyone knows a handful of things no one else knows - he he... I always used rulerformat (status bar) for informational stuff like I'd assume you're doing
