[SOLVED] HAL failing to mount iPod/SD

In Openbox, I'm using Thunar (because Nautilus doesn't want to see the drives, apparently) to mount drives. Recently (as of a few days), I've been getting this error:

Rejected send message, 1 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.78" (uid=1000 pid=18379 comm="exo-mount) interface="org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member="Mount" error name="(unset)" requested_reply=0 destination="org.freedesktop.Hal" (uid=0 pid=28421 comm="/usr/sbin/hald)).

Anyone know what the problem might be?

Re: [SOLVED] HAL failing to mount iPod/SD

I also use Thunar! I get exactly the same error. I installed thunar-volman plugin and I have volman enabled in thunar settings.
I also have HAL dbus in installed and in daemons array.

-mountFAIL.png

I can however mount everything just fine running thunar as sudo. "gksudo thunar".

Help needed.. hmm

Use ck-launch-session to launch your window manager in your .xinitrc
