DooM ports of all kinds, especially Skulltag!(Classic Doom 1 and 2), Doom 3, Quake 4, Quake Live, Urban Terror, Dwarf Fortress, Snes9x-gtk(does a native emulator count? ), DOSBox for Strife(freakin amazing game) and soon to be the X-Com series when I buy them, VBA-M... Neverball sometimes.
I think that about does it for me.

DooM 1&2 (with modern ports), warzone2100, wesnoth and I recently found out Domions 3, which seems promising. I still have to play through the demo and decide if it is worth the buy (I do not have so much time for playing anyway).
