Broadcom-wl Problem

Hi,
I have a Dell Vostro 1500 Notebook with a Broadcom BCM4328 wlan card. Since I'm not that familiar with Archlinux I cannot find a solution for the following problem:

I installed the drivers for my wireless card (broadcom-wl) and everything works fine, besides when I turn off the wlan switch on the notebook and then reboot afterwards turn the wlan switch on, the wireless card is not recognized. The led is not on and the wireless card is not listed. On the other hand,  if I reboot my notebook with the wlan switch turned on the wireless card is recognized correctly.

Hopefully someone can help me.

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
