I've been wondering this for awhile, but does anyone else have a problem where when you first mouse over an item (like something in your systray) and the tooltip pops up, it's not anti-aliased, even though it should be? But if you move the mouse off so the tip disappears and move it back over quick, it is anti-aliased?
As far as I can tell, all tooltips seem to do this in KDE. And I meant to bring it up awhile ago, I even had pictures to show what I meant. I'm wondering if this is a KDE bug, or an Arch bug. I swear the last distro I was using, it's KDE either did the same, or else the tool tips wouldn't even anti-alias. But I'm also sure I've used distros where the tooltips were fine before.
It's such a small thing, but it really drives me crazy for some reason :evil:

I think it's a Qt bug.
I've seen in in Psi's tooltips also. Psi is a Qt only application.

found workaround:
under appearance-->style-->plastik-->effects Tool Tip Effect
disable it and all looks as it should

That's good enough for me.
Thanks!
