I have a system that has two X displays. I want the second :1 display to use a different .xscreensaver file (because I want it configured differently than :0)
I tried creating a fake home folder in ~/x2/ with ~/x2/.xscreensaver in it. man xscreensaver said it reads the HOME variable so I ran it with
HOME=~/x2 xscreensaver -display :1 -nosplash
But it still uses ~/.xscreensaver configuration. Any ideas? Thanks.
