Incorrect time after every boot

Hi,
I'm on a dual boot XP/Arch 32b/KDE 4.3.4 (Latest) system.
I've verified that the BIOS clock is correct UTC.
Yet, every time I boot into Arch, KDE displays a time offset by 1:50 hours (later than actual), yet it shows the correct Jerusalem time zone.
Once I adjust (using KDE settings) the clock, it stays correctly only till the next Arch boot.

Please advise!

rm /var/lib/hwclock/adjtime

What is the value of HARDWARECLOCK in rc.conf?

Hi all,
My relevant part of rc.conf is

HARDWARECLOCK="UTC"
TIMEZONE="Asia/Jerusalem"

I've also moved /var/lib/hwclock/adjtime to ...adjtime.orig

There's no reason to save your old adjtime file -- the boot process creates it.  But anyway, did it work?
