icewm + unicode in window title

Can icewm correct show windows titles id different lang. (with unicode)?
For ex. in English, Russian, Hebrew[/b]

I don't use unicode, but an ISO charset for central and east Europe. I have no problems with my local characters, see KWrite in the screenshot I just made:

I didn't have to set anything special in icewm, just the usual LANG and LC_ALL variables in ~/.profile.
