Check your mirror on http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mir … ror_status
Yours seems to be outdated. Choose another mirror.

Change your mirror.

I was having a similar problem. My mirror was out of date. According to http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php? … 92#p569092, you can use this website to see the status of your server. You can see which server you are using by looking at the file "/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist".

I found out my server hadn't been updated in over three days, so I changed mine to another mirror that had been updated less than an hour ago. Then I did an upgrade and got lots of shiny new Arch packages.
