Problem whit permissions whem GDM auto loggin

Hello guys!

My GDM is configured to auto loggin.

# GDM configuration storage

[xdmcp]

[chooser]

[security]

[debug]

[daemon]
TimedLoginEnabled=false
AutomaticLogin=alan
AutomaticLoginEnable=true

But whit this configuration the NetworkManager keep asking for key to connect to my wireless networks...

This is my .xinitrc

# exec startxfce4
# ...or the Window Manager of your choice

Could some one help me?

EDITED: I can't shutdown or reboot the computer too...
