[SOLVED]hicolor icon theme is not recongnised by lxappearence.

hi,
I have installed arch with openbox but I have noticed one thing is hicolor icon theme is not getting listed with lxappearence...I have checked that I have Hicolor folder in /usr/shared/icon .to double check I have reinstalled hicolo-icon-themes.
Really appritiate tour help.

The hicolor icon theme is "a place for third party applications to install their icons" and it is deliberately hidden.  For more information, have a look at http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-t … atest.html.

Thanks for your reply. I can now understand why it was not listed under the icons. One more question is when my icon theme is set as 'hicolor' I am getting error GTK+ icon theme is not properly set. can any one please explain this
