Hi
I am using a thinkpad T43 with it's LVDS display and an external (1920x1080) dvi monitor
Yesterday I updated my archlinux distribution by using pacman -Syu. Today I recognized, that the external monitor (dvi) turns off during boot process (at "waiting for udev rules to be processed"). KDE seems to use the external monitor as the "System Settings" - display section says that the monitor is enabled. I also tried to activate the monitor using xrandr, but the monitor stays in standbymode and i get no error when i try:
xrandr --output LVDS --mode 1400x1050
xrandr --output DVI-0 --mode 1920x1080
xrandr --output LVDS --left-of DVI-0xyre
