Skype Image upside down

MY microphone doesn't work but it did work with other distros.
I have tried audacity and skype.
Alsa mixer-the microphone is unmuted.
The capture box it ticked,
input source = mic.
I have HDA NVIDIA.
How can I fix this?

I fixed the microphone problem, but my skype image is still upside down.
