Kernel 2.6.32.1 & Ralink rt61pci problem

After i upgraded to kernel 2.6.32.1 i faced problems with my wireless connection, really poor speed and failure to access several web sites. My wireless card uses the rt61pci chip. After some search i found out the problem is caused by the power management. I used :

iwconfig wlan0 power off

and my connection works fine again. I post this just in case someone faces the same problem until the bug is fixed.

I have a NIC with a rt61pci chip too.
Thanks for the heads-up before the new kernel hits core.

most important is to report this upstream (if it's not yet the case), bisecting the faulty commit would be great too.

I just looked and there are bugs already open on the kernel bug tracker. Their advice is to disable powersaving until its fixed.
