Does anyone else get stuttering on this video:
http://screencasters.heathenx.org/wp-co … ep101.html
It works fine in Firefox, but Chromium stutters the sound and image. I think it's related to HTML5 <video> usage because YouTube works fine in both browsers.

Doesn't work with chromium 4.0.249.30 (33928) on x86.
Also, I've tried an extension "Youtube HTML5-ifier" - no luck again, the same symptoms.

It works for me well in chromium, no stuttering. Maybe you miss some codecs.

Same problem. Sound and image stuttering on Chrome 4.0.266.0. Firefox works fine.

I've just tried to install various codecs (codecs-all from archlinux.fr and gstreamer*) and it didn't help.
Also, I've tested chromium on youtube.com/html5 and video is playing. The difference between your link and youtube html5 test is that on tube they are redefined controls to look like their standard flash video player, so I think that problem is in default controls for <video> tag in chromium.

Yep, I was right - problem was in controls. I've saved that page and edited the tag, removing 'controls="true"', and it started to lag differently
With controls enabled it loops in the middle of video, but now it is a gaps in playback. Last seems to be the codecs problem - when I replaced ogg video in tag with mp4, playback became smooth.
