Pacman upgrade shows multiple file corruptions

Hi All,

Did a recent upgrade and I am getting file corrupt error reporting on 4 files.

Does anyone know what is going on? I have tried downloading again, but still the same issue.
I can't upgrade at all until this is resolved.
