Microphone doesn't work (oss)

Good evening,
I would like to use skype (oss-version), but the micro of my
headset isn't supported by any of the internal microphone settings
(/dev/dsp,/dev/dsp0-8).

Maybe it's oss related? Here I got screenshots of ossxmix:

It's not likely a hardware-issue, because the micro is working on windows xp, also in skype.
