[SOLVED]Thunar fails to installl

I get the following error when I run pacman -S thunar

/tmp/alpm_3tkbAP/.INSTALL: line 3: gtk-update-icon-cache: command not found
error: command failed to execute correctly

edit: thunar seems to install fine now with no changes made by me
