Archlinux screwing up Windows time, Windows screwing up Archlinux time

I have dual boot of windows , and archlinux.
When I put the correct time in archlinux, and then boot into windows, the time is screwed up.
When I put the correct time in windows, and boot back into archlinux, the time is screwed up.
I would set up both of them up to auto syncronize with internet time on startup, but both windows and archlinux say that there is an error with the hard drives (last mount is in the future), and attempt to fix it (windows does disk check, archlinux maintanance mode).

How do I fix this?

The mind roams more freely in empty rooms.
