kernel26-lts broken

Ever since kernel26-lts was upgraded 12/22/09 it has been broken. The dependency on it udev-compat is only available in TESTING repo. I don't think this package was ready to be released if it depends on something in that repo or dev didn't check to see that it wasn't in testing repo first.
