question ahead of installing arch after disastrous bout with Ubuntu

Hello people

I have decided that I want to reinstall arch after having abandoned it (yes, I know...) for ubuntu. That distro is cute but far less stable they claim it to be.
Now I have a problem since I am dualbooting windows 7 and ubuntu installed grub2. How should I handle the arch installation at the time when I am asked on what to do with the grub? I know arch doesn't have grub2...

any clue?

Also, how can I get wireless connectivity WPA from the base system, at least enough to install kdemod and wicd?

Thanks!

Cippa

Arch has had grub2 in the repos for a long time.

At 156 posts, I'd think that you'd know to let the community know what wireless adapter that you have so anyone can answer your question.

You should just install grub to your MBR. And arch has grub2 in extra.

EDIT: How was I beat by 2 minutes? I just saw no reply .. mad

I have that same wireless card and was able to do a net install using it so it works out of the box.  You'll have to set up the connection manually but that's covered in the wiki.
