xserver randomly frezing

today i done a update. before the update i had a problem where the xserver would randomly exit , was somthing to do with the nvidia drivers and the xserver version.

i saw that there were updates for these 2 packages and i hoped that the update would fix the xserver from randomly segfaulting , it did, now insted of the xserver randomly exiting, i get random hard locks?

any fixeS?

Personnaly I stopped using the gdm daemon and so far no system freeze.
