Kate does not save my settings

Hi,

I can't get Kate to save my settings.

I open kate tell it to load all plugins and extensions and they all work. But when I  quit Kate and return to it i have to go and reload them all again.

How can this be solved?

KDE 3 or 4? You might wanna check kate's settings' file permissions. Just make sure is writable.

same problem here

EDIT: Found a fix

1) Open up kate and configure your settings (plugins, etc...)

2) Go to Session -> Save as Default

3) Go to Settings -> Configure Kate > Application -> Session

4) CHECK Load-last used sections under Behavior of Application Startup
