linuxwacom 0.8.5-8

Hi,

has anyone been able to compile linuxwacom 0.8.5-8 with the current X-server?
The versions from the AUR totally don't work out for me, my Bamboo touch & pen is recognized and works partially, but e.g. rotation does not work, which is fixed in the new version (I'm a lefty )…

I've tried out some guides from the ubuntu-forums and several patches I've found over the web, but nothing was successful…
