Problem upgrading: conflicting files[SOLVED]

Hello,
I've tried to upgrade today and I  got the following error message:

(23/23) checking for file conflicts                 [#####################] 100%
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
tzdata: /usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/Etc/Zulu exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
[root@myhost mak]#

Any idea, how to proceed?
