k3b and Optimum Power Calibration

Sorry for double posting, but i didn't explain my problem too well previously and shoved it in the wrong Forum..

Anyway, k3b has a problem burning dvd-r's at 4x, and gives me an OPC(Optimum Power Calibration) error. The media is 4x without a doubt and it burns fine in windows and other linux Distro's ..So i'm hoping there is some sort of workaround

Sorry for double posting again.. this is one of those things which nags me like crazy!
