xcompmgr: ignore windows?

I'm using pekwm and xcompmgr for compositing and I'm trying to fancy up my desktop a bit.
I want to get a transparent terminal as background, but xcompmgr draws ugly shadows on it.
I want to keep the shadows for other windows.
Is there a way to configure xcompmgr to ignore windows with window_class=x?
