[SOLVED] - AUR User Guidelines

At the right side it says:

Where English is selected but still it appears in some other language. I checked out other pages and discussion page to see if it was in the process of being edited, but it has been like that for a while now. Is something going on that I am unaware of? I apologise in advance if this is not an issue and revision is being carried out, I just wanted to read the article as I wanted to adopt a few packages in AUR.
