Is Slim project dead?

I tried slim (Simple Login Manager) instead of gdm and I like it. I read the homepage (http://slim.berlios.de/), and the developpers page (http://developer.berlios.de/project/sho … up_id=2663), and noticed that the latest update was made in 2008 and they have the forum closed.
After their latest update they only made a patch and nothing else, but I can see that they only make one update each year.
Anyone knows something about it?

By the way. I looked in AUR and there is a "slim-plus" package (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=31601), which seems to be a patched slim with some interesting features. I installed it and I'm happy using it.

Re: Is Slim project dead?

Almost a duplicate thread... only almost cause it's been long enough since the other was updated that i could be considered a zombie... use the search feature, that's what it's there for. (if you can't find it, try searching for 'slim the end'.... you really shouldn't need the help though)
