Xfce mouse pointer changed after Xorg 6.8.2 update

I did a pacman update this morning and upgraded my xorg to 6.8.2 and now in Xfce the mouse pointer has changed to an ugly black arrow pointer.
Where in Xfce do I change the mouse pointer?

Yea I saw your post before I posted but couldn't see any solutions, so the problem still stands I guess...

Hmm, I had a quick look at xfce4 some time ago so have a version in my pacman cache

Have you investigated xfce4-icon-theme-4.2.0-1.pkg.tar.gz /opt/xfce4/share/icons/Rodent where there's an index.theme file?
