Hi the last thread was going into a direction i didn't want, so if you don't like webmin or want to discuss about arch philosophy please continue there: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=10038
Please don't put this thread to off topic again, thank you.
Solid discussion about webmin and how to make it better should be done in this thread, thanks for staying on topic.

uploaded -2 package right now, it's now stripped down and only supports the stuff we provide in extra/current
enjoy the release.

and here we go, next release:
disabled stuff that fools pacman. (3rd party stuff and theme installing, module deleting)
added a pacman menu to system category
(editing of arch essential files included, plus pacman running with just one click)
and changed bootup menu that it fits to arch's files ( rc.conf and rc.local)
it is rather finished now if you have any other suggestions post them here.
enjoy nex webmin release.

ok here is release number 4:
added some other commands to pacman menu + disabled changing it.
fixed init modules + disabled changing it
fixed man module which didn't work before
now it's pretty finished, any other ideas?
added also usermin for those who may need it.

Thanks for that package !
It worked out of the box for me and I have nothing to complain about...
I tested around some modules and it worked smoothly.

Hi
Checked out webmin - great package!
v1.190
one minor typo - in the pacman area.
'System Upgrade' fails
with error 'unrecognized option '--no-confirm''
shouldn't it be '--noconfirm' ??
Thanks

hi
thanks for the hint.
it is fixed now in -2 package.
never tried that option, because i prefer running pacman from console
but i added it that for those who might want it, can use it.
