how to merge pacsave and pacnew files ?

Search for the package meld, read its man page, and try it out on some of your .pac{save,new} files. Run it as root or you won't be able to save changes. It will show you the differences between the files and you can choose which one to keep/delete/replace.

Corrected : My mistake was temporary folders too full ... (too much updates at the same time ...)
