firewire: kernel panic in: fwnet_write_complete

The system falls to kernel panic when I copy lots of files from laptop via firewire.
kernel is 2.6.32.2-2

UPD:
lesser MTU value has no effect.
no kernel panic with "-maxcpus=1" boot option, but that surely inacceptable.
