So who has the Arch copyright now?

Just curious, while booting up there is copyright information but only up to 2009. I know for a fact that in my native Sweden these copyright notices have no effect (apart from showing that the work is in fact, copyrighted), however I believe this is not the case in the US.

It's the same on the about page btw,

What's the status on this? Has the copyright holder changed?

Nope.  The page just has not been updated.   You can file a bug report (website category).
