Edit: not nearly as exciting or colorful as most of the ones on here, but very efficient an unobtrusive.
How do I get a thumbnail link up with omploader?
Once you upload the picture, theres a small text-box with "BBCode" or something of the like, containing [url=blah blah], use that to thumbnail
