Config files changed on Hsoconnect update

Hello,
I don't know if this merits a bug report or not so I'll post it here while I remember about it.

I just updated Hsoconnect to the latest version and both of my config files were replaced with new versions without saving the old settings. It's no big deal setting stuff up every few months but I'd rather not.
