[SOLVED] File Roller shows .zip files as empty

So, I have been noticing, that File Roller 2.28.2 is unable to read zipped files for some reason.

I have tested it with various .zip files, which I know to all contain un-corrupted files, and it shows the archive as empty. This occurs when either extracting the zip, or opening it inside AM to view them.

These zips work fine in Windows.

Any suggestions?

Do you have unzip and/or p7zip installed? Try installing them.

Most of the cli archive utilities are listed as optional dependencies in file-roller's PKGBUILD.
