PCMCIA Error when upgrading Kernel to 2.6.32.3-1

I have never encountered this error message before:

:: Parsing hook [pcmcia]
ERROR: file '/lib/udev/pcmcia-socket-startup.static' does not exist
ERROR: file '/lib/udev/pcmcia-check-broken-cis.static' does not exist
ERROR: file '/lib/udev/rules.d/60-pcmcia.rules' does not exist

I don't have any PCMCIA devices right now so I cannot verify the effects of the error.

Re: PCMCIA Error when upgrading Kernel to 2.6.32.3-1

Could this be a bug?
The issue persists in kernel26-2.6.32.4-1 and I don't know if I should report it as a bug.
