[Solved issue] Non-firefox browsers and flash

Hi,

I just thought I would share my experience here and let everyone know how to get the flash plugin to work with *all* flash sites when not using firefox (e.g. chromium, midori, arora, etc).

It appears that the .mozilla directory has to exist in order for the Adobe flash plugin to work. Not only that, but it also has to be initialized by firefox. If this is not the case, and you go e.g. to a site like
http://www.thedailyshow.com
the flash plugin does not work - it can even crash your browser.

Regards,
