It is really weird. Today I did my usuall startx after login, and Xorg dumped fatal error on fbcon.
I searched the forums and found a post indicating that the error didn't crash Xorg. So I just kept searching, and found out that the slim login manager worked (I just installed for testing this...), but couldn't start Xmonad from there. Than I commented out all my .xinitrc and left out only openbox and It started ok. Checked dmesg and xorg logs, and no errors appeared now.
hal and dbus daemons are running fine, proof is I moved xorg.conf from /etc/X11/ to my home folder (backup) and my keyboard and mouse work good.
I'm fine with openbox but I miss tiling already. I don't know what to try now...

Damn it, I guess this proves I'm still a noob,
removed an "&" after "exec xmonad" and it worked....
