I finally got dwm to turn the tag black when someone IMs me and I'm looking at a different tag, but it doesn't work unless irssi is the active window(in screen). Screen shows the "bell in window 0" alert.
my setup is like this dwm,rxvt,ssh,screen,irssi,bitlbee
do you guys just run irssi in it's own screen session? I think I'm going to do that anyways because switching between windows in dwm is more fun than in screen.
