Hal fails to start after update

Hey guys,

Just did a full update, and after my Hal trows me an error.

The error states that Starting Hardware Abstraction layer failed, does anyone know how to fix this?

Remove HAL from your daemons array. Uninstall HAL then reinstall it and manually start it by:
# /etc/rc.d/hal start

see what happens.. its possible soemthing you downloaded broke Hal
