[solved -duplicate] kernel 2.6.32 system freeze on second suspend.

Hi there,
The first  suspend works perfect. But for the second one it freezes the system and RSEIUB is the way to go. Any one facing same issues?
I saw a couple of other posts related to kernel lockup with 2.6.32 kernel but nothing was related to suspend.

For the record I have 3 types for freezes with 2.6.32 kernel

1. This suspend one.
2. During shutdown (randomly and the screen I get is similar to suspend one, Blank one with a cursor line at the top)
3. when sitting idle.

It seems quality of kernel is dropping with each release
