can you set rdesktop defaults?

Is it possible to set defaults for rdesktop?

For example I want it to always use -r sound:local:oss -g 1024x768 -r clipboard:CLIPBOARD -u username unless i specifically specify otherwise.

I don't think so... how about a script or an alias?

Re: can you set rdesktop defaults?

If i set an alias, what happens when I specify a different setting that the alias duplicates?

What about a remote desktop connection manager application?  Which ones are popular?  I know a bunch for windows, but im not familar with any good ones for linux.

Re: can you set rdesktop defaults?

I have no idea what you mean. If you set a bash alias, it is only valid when calling the command from within the bash shell and not from other connection managers that use rdesktop (if that's what you meant).
