exim-4.69-4 - bad package

Hi all. Who have a installed exim-4.69-4? It looks like there is not a /usr/sbin/exim file in package. This case is second because in PGKBUILD from exim-4.69-3 was forgotten 'make install' at all. O, I see that in ABS and in this version is same errors.
Can you confirm? I opened bug.
