Problems with Alsa in Pavilion DV6870 (snd_hda_intel)

Good Morning,
I'm having a little problem with my snd_hda_intel audio card. As you can see in the following report, I haven't the PCM mixer. The sound is working fine.  I've tried every "model=" option in my sound.conf in modprobe.d and any of these seems to work. The weird thing is that when I first boot Arch after a fresh installation the PCM channel appears in alsamixer, but I can't mute it (there is no box below the control).
Also, in my rc.conf I have only snd_hda_intel and snd_pcm_oss. Already tried using various asound.conf and .asoundrc and none works. here is the most recent report:

sorry if this is way off or I missed something.

did you put what you need in /etc/rc.conf   modules line.

like: soundcore snd_pcm  etc etc


no need to reply if all's well or you know this is not it.
