Wine and PES 2010

I had installed PES 2010 on Wine 1.1.24 but is not working
This is the error message that i got when i try to open settings.exe:

And when i try to open pes2010.exe:

Now i had installed directx again and got this

Yes but i didn't found my problem there

EDIT: I had upgraded my wine to 1.1.38 and now i got this :

EDIT2: I had an Intel X4500
