ncmpc man page

ncmpc is missing man page. The man page exists in upstream source repository (long tom I presume). Can I report it at arch bugtracker as a bug or is it intentional?

I think it's intentional, from what I understand of the PKGBUILD

It only copies the config.sample and keys.sample files. The config.sample file is pretty much self-explanatory so I think it doesn't need a man page.
